Wheel Pick Names is operated by Laszlo Kovacs, based in Hungary. These terms govern your use of the site. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Privacy and cookie choices are separate from these terms: using the site does not give consent to optional advertising processing.

The service and random results

The site is a free tool for random selections, available as a wheel or slot-machine display. Picks use your browser's cryptographically secure random source; entry weights and your choices, such as removing winners, affect the selection. Animation does not determine the winner.

Verification proofs let you check that a result matches the disclosed inputs and algorithm. They do not certify the organiser, establish that the entry list was complete or authorised, prove that a draw was the only attempt, or independently prove how its random seed was chosen.

Do not rely on the tool for decisions with legal, financial, medical or safety consequences. It is not a gambling service, an official lottery or an independently audited contest platform.

Your entries, files and shared content

You retain any rights you have in the content you enter. You are responsible for having permission to use and share it, including other people's personal information. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, harassment or infringement, or try to disrupt or compromise the service.

Anyone with a complete share or result link may read its contents, including an entry list in a proof. Keep sensitive information out of the tool. Back up any files or results you need: browser storage may be cleared or unavailable, and we cannot recover it for you.

Giveaways, classrooms and embedded use

If you organise a contest, you are responsible for its eligibility rules, required notices and permissions, prizes, tax obligations and compliance with local law and platform rules. We do not sponsor or administer your contest. Teachers and other adults must follow applicable privacy and safeguarding rules when using the tool with children.

You may share wheel links and use the supplied embed feature, subject to these terms. Your own website's privacy notices and any consent obligations remain your responsibility. External websites and advertising services have their own terms and policies.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the tool useful and available, but may change, suspend or discontinue it. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from use of the site, unavailable service, lost browser data or reliance on a selection. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, intentional misconduct or other mandatory liabilities. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, subject to any mandatory protections you have under the laws of your place of residence. They do not remove your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.

We may update these terms and will show the revision date above. Changes apply to future use and do not take away rights already acquired. Material changes will be brought to users' attention on the site.
